Job Summary

We are seeking experienced, dependable part-time caregivers who are available to work weekend shifts in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This position is ideal for a caregiver who wants weekend employment and can provide quality support to clients in need of assistance with daily activities.

Candidates must have at least three years of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to begin work immediately. Applicants should be flexible regarding weekend scheduling and prepared to discuss their availability during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance based on the client's individual needs and care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Offer companionship and encourage a comfortable, respectful care environment.
Assist with safe mobility and transfers when appropriate.
Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
Complete light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
Provide reminders for medications in accordance with applicable rules and care instructions.
Monitor the client's well-being and report significant changes or concerns.
Follow care plans, infection-control practices, and safety guidelines.
Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
Communicate scheduling concerns and care-related updates promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.
Reliable transportation is required.
Weekend availability is essential.
Must be willing to start immediately.
Must be dependable, punctual, patient, and compassionate.
Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
Must communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Must satisfy applicable employer screening and documentation requirements.

Accepted Certifications

We accept applications from caregivers with:

HHA certification
PCA certification
CNA certification

PCA or CNA certification is a plus. HHA applicants are welcome.
