IMMEDIATE HIRE – PERSONAL CARE AIDE

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to provide comprehensive in-home support for Jason Dills, a 165-lb wheelchair-bound client.

We are looking for someone who is ready and eager to start immediately, has a genuine passion for caregiving, and takes pride in providing dependable, quality care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours/week to start, with the possibility of additional hours

Responsibilities include:

Assisting safely with transfers and mobility
Facilitating daily workouts and exercises
Preparing meals
Maintaining a clean and comfortable living area
Completing laundry and light household tasks
Providing attentive, respectful, and compassionate care
Supporting the client's daily routine and overall well-being

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience
PCA or CNA preferred
Must have reliable personal transportation
Must be physically strong and capable of safely assisting a 165-lb wheelchair-bound client with transfers
Must be dependable, punctual, and have minimal call-outs
Must be ready and eager to start immediately
Must have a genuine passion for caregiving
Must be committed to the scheduled Monday–Friday hours
Experience working with wheelchair-bound clients and assisting with transfers preferred
Compassionate, patient, responsible, and respectful
Comfortable providing hands-on care and light household assistance
