The ideal Male Aide will assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.) and clean up after your client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.) Any assistance requested by the client is permitted - laundry, cleaning, etc., and you will be ready to assist. You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the condition and shift. This includes in the home as well as for the agency.
You must meet the requirements below:
- Experience in Home Health, Facility, Residential Home Care
- Able to pass a BCI Background Check
- Possess a valid State ID or Driver's License
- Flexibility in Scheduling to include weekend rotation
- Able to drive to client home and perform errands as assigned
- Working Smart Phone for compliance and attendance
- Able to work in any location within Summit County
