The Role: Home Care Scheduler (Fully Remote)

As a Home Care Scheduler, you play a vital part in making that possible.
You are the steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring that every client
receives consistent, reliable care and that every caregiver feels supported
and prepared.
In this role, you will work closely with a U.S.-based home care team to
coordinate schedules, respond to changes, and maintain clear
communication between caregivers and clients. Whether managing last-
minute adjustments or keeping daily operations running smoothly, your
work directly impacts the quality of care our clients receive.
When scheduling needs are stable, you will also support administrative
tasks helping the team stay organized, efficient, and ready to serve.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
• Build and maintain accurate caregiver schedules across multiple counties
• Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, or missed clock-ins
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients through our VoIP system
• Update client and caregiver records in WellSky (training provided)
• Collaborate with the Scheduling Manager and Operations team to
address staffing needs
• Conduct caregiver check-ins
• Prepare weekly reports and provide updates to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in scheduling (healthcare or home care)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A proactive problem-solver who can think quickly and act confidently

• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with caregivers
and clients
• A team player who takes initiative and ownership of their work
Schedule: Mon to Fri from 8AM to 5PM EST with every other weekend as
on-call scheduler
Technical Requirements:
• At least a 720p HD webcam
• A noise-canceling headset
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
• Backup internet, device, and power source
• Main computer: Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) with 8 GB RAM
• Backup computer: Intel Core i3 with at least 4 GB RAM

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $6.00 - $10.00 per hour
