The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and dedicated to providing quality care, companionship, and assistance to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families in Arabic and English.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the care manager or supervisor.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must speak and understand Arabic fluently.
- Previous caregiver, CNA, or home health aide experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Must pass background screening and provide references.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
