Home Helpers Home Care is hiring caregivers for Coastside communities!

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors in Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, El Granada, Montara, Pacifica, and nearby areas.

Whether you're looking for part-time hours, consistent shifts, or a live-in opportunity, we have a variety of assignments available.

Pay & Benefits

  • $22–$25 per hour, depending on client assignment
  • Paid every other week on Friday
  • Daily Pay available through Tapcheck
  • Paid initial and ongoing training
  • Dementia, Parkinson's, and transfer skills training

  • $300 caregiver referral bonus
  • $150 sign-on bonus after completing 30 shifts
Available Shifts

We currently have opportunities for:

  • 4-hour shifts
  • 6-hour shifts
  • Morning and afternoon shifts
  • Weekday and weekend shifts
  • Part-time positions
  • Live-in assignments
We aim to match caregivers with assignments based on location, availability, and experience whenever possible.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Toileting and incontinence care
  • Safe transfers and mobility assistance
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care
  • Hospice support
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation to appointments and errands
  • Light housekeeping
  • Companionship and social support
Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Caregiving experience preferred, including professional or hands-on caregiving experience
  • Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to provide compassionate and dependable care
