Part-Time Caregiver / Home Care Aide – One-on-One Senior Care in San Mateo County

Home Helpers Home Care is hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors throughout San Mateo County.

Shifts
- 4-hour and 6-hour shifts
- Morning and afternoon
- Weekdays and weekends
- Part-time
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$25 per hour
- Daily pay through Tapcheck
- Paid training
- Paid sick leave

- $150 sign-on bonus after 30 shifts

What You'll Do
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's
- Hospice support
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation for clients
- Companionship
Requirements
- 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation
- Current California HCA registration (or willing to obtain)
- Negative TB test (or willing to complete before starting)
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Willing to travel throughout San Mateo County, including coastal communities when needed
