About the Role:

Join our dedicated team on a Special Assignment as a Cleaning Technician, where you'll play a vital role in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients. We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services, and we need passionate individuals who take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow specific cleaning plans tailored to each locations needs and preferences.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleaning protocols and safety.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance cleaning techniques and skills.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
MUST have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and products.
Able to work multiple days and variable shifts including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
