Now Hiring: Compassionate Caregiver – Dripping Springs / Austin Area 🚨
Looking to make a real difference in someone’s life while working in a supportive and active environment? We’re looking for a dedicated, dependable caregiver to join our team and support a wheelchair-bound, nonverbal client with a traumatic brain injury.
Despite communication limitations, this client is highly engaged, loves going out, and enjoys activities like visiting parks and museums and attending UT football games (yes, they’re a season ticket holder!).
Current Open Shifts:

Thursdays: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sundays: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Location: Dripping Springs / Austin area
💰 Pay Rate: Starts at 16$ an hour
What You’ll Do:
Drive the client’s vehicle to planned activities
Provide safe and supportive transfers and personal care (client weighs approx. 185 lbs)
Offer meaningful companionship and engagement
Complete 3–4 paid shadow shifts with the current caregiver team to ensure a smooth transition
No gender preference – we’re looking for strength, compassion, and commitment.
