What You’ll Do:

🔹 Provide exceptional care – assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.
🔹 Step in when needed – cover open shifts due to caregiver absences.
🔹 Support new clients – ensure timely care for new cases until a dedicated caregiver is assigned.
🔹 Train & mentor – guide new team members with hands-on training and support.
🔹 Travel within our service area – serve clients in Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Appleton, and Sheboygan (reliable transportation required).
🔹 Collaborate with leadership – work with the CEO and Director of Community Relations on scheduling and care coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A strong leader who can step in when needed and provide guidance to others.
✔ A flexible and reliable professional who is willing to travel within our service areas.

Aiding with activities of daily living
