Home Helpers in Williston is seeking the right person to fill our RN role!

What would you be doing?

Assist with initial and ongoing assessments of Clients and the services they're receiving to ensure the best quality of care is being provided
Escort Clients to their doctor appointments and document the visits properly
Train new Caregivers on Client specific care and routines
Ensure Client binders are up to date on any new information and documentation
Coordinate with the hospitals during patient discharge
Rotate having the "on-call phone" during weekends, evenings, and holidays to handle any off-hour emergencies
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Be present for Caregiver Meetings
Uphold company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned by the Agency Manager
