Home Care Nurse Supervisor Weekly hours vary – Per Diem – Build your own schedule

Home Helpers of Scranton Wilkes-Barre is looking for a per diem RN Supervisor to join our team in the Walnutport and surrounding area. Based in our Schnecksville office, and travel to client homes within With-in Walnutport, Palmerton, Danielsville, Schnecksville and the Slate Belt.  

  • Ability to make your own schedule. 
  •  Daytime hours, some weekend work can be scheduled at the RN discretion.

 DUTIES: 
  • Responsible for quality assurance 
  • Oversight of the client and ensuring their care plan is maintained and completed safely and successfully.
  • Supervision of the staff
  •  travel is required.
  • Will be required to fill out assessments in the care system. 
  •  Some computer skills are required.  
 
QUALIFICATIONS: RN or higher currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with at least one year experience as a professional nurse (current experience preferred). Home care experience preferred.  Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and valid/clean driver’s license required. 
 

 
 
 
Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
