We’re hiring Care Pros for Weekday & Weekend Shifts and all hours, both Full-Time & Part-Time. Most caregivers are scheduled for their first shift within 3 days of a completed interview!
Location: Montgomery, AL; care is provided in clients' homes or hospital or rehab rooms
Base pay is $12.50/hr for CNAs, $12.00/hr for non-CNAs. Some shifts pay up to $16.00/hr
and all weekend shifts pay at least $12/hr. Starting pay is $12.00 for CNAs & $11.50/hr for non-CNAs for the 1st 30 days with a raise to Base Pay based on good performance, attendance, and communication. You'll receive feedback during those 30 days--no surprises, no stalling.
Bonus opportunities - All employees earn points throughout the month for strong
performance, birthdays, and more. Other bonus opportunities include:
- $100 bonuses for referring caregivers we hire & retain for 30 days

While duties vary by client and you’ll be assigned based on your abilities, the caregiver role includes:
- Providing caring and dependable companionship
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Assisting with personal hygiene (like bathing and toileting)
- Dressing/Grooming
- Assistance with Transferring & Ambulation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to and from your client’s appointments and activities
- Carrying out a plan of care that best supports your client
- Creating compassionate and supportive solutions to your client’s unique needs by collaborating with your Home Helpers team and your client’s family
We're a great fit for you if you:
- Have a Driver's License
- Have reliable personal/own transportation.
- Are willing and able to pass a background check & drug screening
- Have 1 year of caregiving experience, although training is available
- Can work a variety of shifts
