Responsibilities
As a PRN caregiver, your key responsibility is to provide timely and compassionate care by:
- Assisting clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and vital signs.
- Supporting daily tasks, including meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Being prepared to adapt to new assignments and deliver quality care at a moment’s notice.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
- The flexibility and availability to respond quickly to last-minute scheduling needs.
- Strong adaptability and a calm, professional demeanor in varying circumstances.
- Empathy, compassion, and a dedication to providing excellent care.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
